Caregiver Support

Huber offers caregiver support benefits through Bright Horizons, providing valuable services including Back-Up Care, Enhanced Family Supports, Elder Care, and College Coaching Services. Discounts are available, and it’s easy to register!

Back-up care is one of the most valuable benefits available through the Bright Horizons program. You have access to up to 10 days of subsidized back-up care each year, allowing you to be at work when your regular child or elder care is unavailable.

Services available

This program provides high-quality options either at a center or in-home for a low daily or hourly copay. Typical copay costs include:

• $15 per child copay or $25 per family for Bright Horizons center-based care
• $6/hour for in-home care

More ways to use your back-up care days

Through the Bright Horizons (Username: Huber; Password: Benefits4You) Back-Up Care program, you also have access to several other valuable services, including virtual programs for kids, adult tutoring, and pet care. You can substitute one or more of your 10 subsidized days of back-up care per year for use with these programs. Each confirmed session for one of these services will constitute one back-up care day. The in-center copay will apply.

Bright Horizons provides Enhanced Family Supports services to help you support your family and be at work.

The program includes:

• An online platform where you can easily search for and screen caregivers

• Access to pet sitters and housekeepers

  • Search tools to find caregivers who can manage small group learning pods through Sittercity.
  • Broad online tutoring and academic enrichment programs through Varsity Tutors (20% discount on most programs, including tutoring and small group classes).
  • Premium academic and test prep for all ages through Revolution Prep (20% off hourly tutoring rates, 33% off interactive math adventure program).
  • Award-winning digital learning for preschoolers through MarcoPolo Learning, including STEAM and literacy curriculum (65% off annual app subscriptions).

Bright Horizons connects families with the resources they need and provides an online care platform to help manage all aspects of a care plan. Using Bright Horizons’s comprehensive support program, you can:

• Manage your caregiving tasks through Bright Horizons Elder Care™.
• Work with an experienced Care Coach to get answers to caregiving questions, on-site assessments of living arrangements, and referrals to specialized providers.
• Access your care planning platform to share information, coordinate schedules, and discuss elder care needs with your Coach and family.
• Reserve in-home caregivers through Bright Horizons Back-Up Care™.
