Through your Huber benefits, you can access support from a mental health professional from the comfort and privacy of your home using two convenient options — teletherapy through your Anthem medical plan or behavioral health care through LiveHealth Online.
Who’s eligible?
All employees and family members enrolled in a Huber medical plan are eligible for both Anthem’s teletherapy services and LiveHealth Online’s behavioral health care.
Teletherapy
If you’d like to find a local mental health professional who offers virtual appointments, log in to your Anthem account to search for providers who meet your criteria or call Anthem at 1-844-614-3094.
Whether you’re looking for a psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed therapist, Anthem’s wide network of health care providers offers you many in-network options. Virtual appointments are billed similarly to in-person visits, offering convenient care at home for the same price as an in-person visit.
LiveHealth Online – Behavioral Health
In addition to general medical care, LiveHealth Online also offers confidential therapy by phone or video.
Through LiveHealth Online, you can meet with a therapist or psychiatrist from wherever you are, seven days a week between 7am and 9pm in your local time zone.
