The Huber Helps program leverages Huber’s commitment to giving back to the communities around the world where we operate. Being a family-owned enterprise, Huber has chosen to focus on areas to give back in Housing, Education and Wellness and the Environment so that our efforts create a ripple effect of good that has a generational impact on families and communities.
Available to US employees, Huber will match your gifts for educational institutions up to $10,000 annually per employee. Huber also matches your charitable donations up to $250 annually per employee.
If you want to spend time during working hours supporting local causes by volunteering, you can be paid (if you are an hourly worker) or take non-vacation time off (if you are an exempt worker) for up to 8 hours every year!
You are encouraged to participate in the annual Impact Your Community grant program by nominating a not-for-profit project in need of funding in your community that aligns with Huber Helps’ areas of focus.
Our strategic partnerships in the community are:
We aim to be a workplace that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in all areas. We want to create an innovative environment where our identities are respected and celebrated, creating a place where every employee around the world feels like they belong and are valued. We focus our efforts on three areas: talent, culture, and community.
Talent: Invest in building a pipeline of candidates and developing a workforce at every level of the organization that enables global diversity of talent, which will be a competitive advantage for the Company.
Culture: Energize our workforce so every employee embraces their responsibility as a visible ally and advocate of an inclusive environment that will deliver innovative solutions.
Community: Ensure we are the role model for customers, suppliers, community and shareholders by raising the standards with a DE&I mindset in everything that we do to create a sustainable business and community impact.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) support Huber’s vision to foster an inclusive workplace that respects differences and promotes equitable access to opportunities. ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups formed by members who share common interests in supporting diversity and inclusion within the organization. Objectives for the ERGs are aligned with I Belong at Huber, demonstrating DE&I in action.
